GoHighLevel alternatives (2026): eight options, compared honestly.

Whether you searched “gohighlevel alternatives” or “go high level alternatives”, you are usually asking one of three things: why the bill is bigger than the plan, whether you actually need the SMS and phone system you are paying to support, and whether something lighter would still do the job. One of the eight below is ours, and it says so in its own entry.

The short answer

If you resell under your brand

Vendasta — or honestly, stay on HighLevel Agency Pro. SaaS Mode is mature and hard to beat.

If GoHighLevel feels too heavy

Systeme.io if you want the simplest thing that works, or Keap if you still need the phone line and texting.

If webinars create your customers

Agorix — our product, disclosed. It runs the live and evergreen room natively. It has no SMS or phone.

If email automation is the engine

ActiveCampaign — deeper automation than anything here, from $15/mo under 1,000 contacts.

The bill

The single most common reason people start shopping. Follow which parts of a HighLevel month are the plan fee and which are metered on top of it.

HighLevel
Plan fee$97–$497 / moEmails sent$0.675 / 1,000SMS$0.00747 / segmentPhone numbers$1.15 / mo eachPremium actions$0.01 / executionPremium AIUsage-based

HighLevel states it directly: “Your subscription covers the platform features, but there are usage-based costs for telecommunications and AI services” — charged against an agency wallet that refills automatically from the card on file, and applicable during the free trial too. Rates from HighLevel’s own help center, US and Canada.

In fairness: metered telecom is normal in this category. Keap meters texts and voice minutes above its included tier too. The useful question is not whether a vendor meters usage — it is whether you need those channels at all, because most alternatives on this page do not offer them and therefore never bill you for them.

01Why people switch4 reasons

Four structural reasons — not four complaints.

Every reason below is verifiable from HighLevel’s own pricing page or help center. We do not publish review scores, support-quality claims or user sentiment about any vendor, including ourselves.

01

The subscription is not the whole bill

HighLevel’s own pricing page puts it plainly: “Your subscription covers the platform features, but there are usage-based costs for telecommunications and AI services… This includes charges for phone numbers, SMS (text messaging), emails sent, and premium AI usage.” Its help center publishes the rates — LC Email at $0.675 per 1,000 emails, US and Canada SMS at $0.00747 per segment, local numbers at $1.15/month, outbound voice at $0.0166/minute, and premium workflow actions at $0.01 per execution. Those come out of an agency wallet that refills automatically from the card on file, and the pricing page notes usage fees may apply during the free trial too.

How we know

Quoted from HighLevel’s pricing page and rate cards published in its own help center. This is how the product is designed, not a complaint about it.

02

The reseller economics live at the top tier

The white-label software business that draws people to HighLevel is gated by plan. SaaS Mode — where an agency resells the platform’s features and tools to its clients — is listed under Agency Pro at $497/month. Rebilling usage to clients without markup is available on the $297 and $497 plans; rebilling with markup is the $497 plan only. So the $97 Starter tier is not the reselling business — it is three sub-accounts and the core feature set.

How we know

HighLevel’s pricing page plan columns plus its help-center articles on SaaS Mode, Agency Pro and rebilling.

03

It is an agency platform, and says so

HighLevel’s own marketing headline is “We Help Agencies & Marketers Thrive With Our All-In-One Sales & Marketing Platform”, and its CRM page is headed “The Agency CRM designed for you.” That shapes the product: sub-accounts, snapshots, wallets and rebilling are agency primitives. If you are one business with one brand, you still carry that architecture — and the learning curve that comes with it — to run a single funnel.

How we know

This is HighLevel’s published positioning in its own words, not our characterisation of the product’s difficulty.

04

Webinar delivery is not in the platform

HighLevel builds the webinar funnel natively — registration page, forms, reminders, automation. The room is a different matter: its documentation asks you to enter your streaming link, and names Zoom, YouTube Live, WebinarJam and custom webinar links as the options. A native streaming engine exists, but HighLevel’s own doc describes it as rolled out to select beta users in Courses and Communities. For a webinar-driven funnel, the highest-intent hour happens in software the CRM cannot see.

How we know

HighLevel’s help-center articles on webinar funnels, creating webinars, and live streaming and video calling.

02What to compare6 criteria

Six questions that decide this faster than a feature list.

Feature grids make every platform look similar. These six separate them, and the second one usually settles the whole decision on its own.

  1. 01

Where does the bill actually land?

Separate the subscription from the metered usage. A $97 plan with heavy SMS, email and AI usage can cost more than a $299 plan that includes what you send. Price the whole month, not the sticker.

  2. 02

Do you genuinely need SMS and a phone line?

This is the fastest sorting question on the page. Native texting and calling narrow the field hard — most alternatives here do not have them at all. If you never used those channels in HighLevel, you just gained the entire list.

  3. 03

    Are you reselling, or operating?

Reselling software under your brand is a different purchase from running your own marketing. It needs multi-tenant accounts, client billing and real white-label. Operating your own business needs none of it, and paying for it is pure overhead.

  4. 04

    Where does the room run?

If webinars, demos or live sessions create your customers, ask whether delivery is inside the platform or a link pasted into it. That single answer decides whether attendance behaviour reaches your follow-up.

  5. 05

What does the customer record hold?

Every tool here stores contacts. Fewer store behaviour — what someone watched, how long they stayed, what they clicked and did not buy. Automation can only branch on data the platform actually received.

  6. 06

How much platform are you setting up?

Breadth has a cost measured in configuration. Count the objects you must set up before the first campaign goes out, and be honest about whether you will use the rest of the surface area.

03The options8 platforms

Eight options, each with what it does not do.

Ours is listed first and labelled as ours. Every entry carries entry price, what is native, and watch-outs drawn from the vendor’s own published pages.

01

Agorix

Our productWebinar-led operating system

This is our product, so read this entry with that in mind — and read the two paragraphs below it before you read the rest. Agorix is listed first on one axis only: if live or evergreen webinars are how you create customers, it is the only option here that runs the room and the funnel on the same record. It also fits agencies running client funnels where the webinar is the offer.

Two things it does not do, stated plainly. There is no native SMS or phone system — Agorix is email only, so if texting and calling were load-bearing in HighLevel, this is the wrong swap and Keap or Vendasta below will serve you better. And our white-label is younger than SaaS Mode: client management and white-label begin in limited form on Pro and expand on Business and Agency / Enterprise, which is not the same as HighLevel’s mature reseller model at $497. If reselling software under your brand is the business, Vendasta — or staying on Agency Pro — is the more honest answer.

One more thing we will not pretend about. On the webinar axis specifically, Kartra at number five is a real competitor, not a strawman — it hosts live rooms and evergreen “Always On” sessions natively. The difference between us is narrower there than anywhere else on this page, and it is about what the record does with attendance behaviour afterwards rather than whether a room exists.

Best for: webinar-led coaches, consultants, course businesses and agencies running client funnels where registration, the live room, follow-up and checkout should sit on one customer record.

Entry price
$149 / moLaunch, billed monthly · $119/mo equivalent annually
SMS & phone
NoEmail only — no native texting or calling
Webinar delivery
NativeLive and evergreen, in-platform
White-label
Limited from ProExpands on Business and Agency / Enterprise

What is native

  • The live webinar room is part of the platform, not a link — registration, reminders, the session, chat, polls and the timed offer all run inside it.
  • Evergreen sessions run on the same record, so a viewer’s watch time and offer clicks are available to follow-up rather than trapped in a second tool.
  • One shared customer record carries source, registration, attendance, watch time, offer clicks, purchases and course progress on a single timeline.
  • Courses, checkout, subscriptions and order bumps are on every paid plan; one-click upsells from Growth.
  • Visual workflows plus an AI Operator that prepares funnels, emails and segments behind human approval gates, metered in AI Credits so capacity is predictable.
  • One-time live-room boosts ($49–$499 for a single event) instead of a permanent plan upgrade for one busy night.

Watch-outs

  • No native SMS, MMS or phone system. Email is the only outbound channel — the clearest reason not to move off HighLevel.
  • White-label and multi-tenant client management are limited from Pro and expand on Business and above. Confirm exact scope before promising it to a client.
  • No community product, and no reputation-management or ads-reporting modules of the kind HighLevel bundles.
  • Entry is $149/mo against HighLevel’s $97 — higher sticker, though the plan includes email volume rather than metering it.
  • The AI Operator is not enabled in the self-serve trial; paid plans include monthly AI Credits and a walkthrough shows it before you buy.
Pick this if

Choose Agorix over GoHighLevel if the webinar is where your customers are actually created and you want follow-up that branches on what happened in the room. Do not choose it if you need to text and call from the platform, or if reselling white-labelled software is the business model.

02

Vendasta

White-label reseller platform

Best for: agencies whose actual business is reselling software and services to local businesses under their own brand — the closest match to what SaaS Mode is for.

Entry price
$99 / mo minimum$0 subscription with $99/mo minimum wholesale spend, no contract
SMS & phone
SMS yesEmail & SMS marketing in-platform; no native dialer found
Webinar delivery
Not verifiableNo webinar product on the pages we checked
White-label
Core modelFull de-branding starts at Professional

What is native

  • Reselling is the product, not a mode: a wholesale marketplace where partners set the retail price and keep the spread as margin.
  • A client-facing Business App under your brand and your domain, with a white-label client portal from Professional.
  • Native CRM, email and SMS marketing, workflow automation, invoicing and payments (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, powered by Stripe).
  • Vendasta’s own products and third-party software sit in one marketplace, so you can widen what you sell without adding vendors.
  • A 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Watch-outs

  • It is a committed monthly minimum spend, not a subscription you can under-use — $99, $499 or $999 a month in qualifying product spend.
  • Full white-labeling is gated above entry: Starter is co-branding, and renaming the Business App and custom domains start at Professional.
  • Professional and Premium both carry a one-year contract; only Starter is contract-free.
  • Additional team seats cost more as you move up, at $30, $35 and $65 per seat per month by tier.
  • Enterprise pricing and the custom activation fee are not published.
  • Several capabilities are marketplace resale rather than platform-native — worth checking which is which for anything load-bearing.
Pick this if

Choose Vendasta if reselling under your own brand is the business. It is the only option here built around that model end to end. If you are operating your own marketing rather than selling software, its economics work against you.

03

Keap

Small-business CRM & automation

Best for: solo consultants and small teams who liked HighLevel’s channels — a phone line, texting, checkout — but not its agency architecture, and who want one price instead of a feature ladder.

Entry price
$299 / moBilled monthly, or $2,988/yr ≈ $249/mo · 1,500 contacts, 2 users
SMS & phone
NativeDedicated business line; US/Canada limits apply
Webinar delivery
Not verifiableNo webinar product on the pages we checked
White-label
Not verifiableNo reseller or white-label offer found

What is native

  • One product rather than a feature-tier ladder — Keap sells the whole platform at a single starting price.
  • A dedicated business phone line for calls and texts, so the channel that makes HighLevel sticky is genuinely replaced.
  • Unusually deep native commerce: checkout forms, order bumps, promo codes, quotes, invoices, one-time and recurring payments, plus Stripe and PayPal.
  • Multi-page sales funnels and landing pages are native, alongside contact management, tags, segmentation and an appointment scheduler.
  • An AI automation assistant that builds a campaign from templates, plus a deliverability health dashboard.

Watch-outs

  • An implementation package is required, not optional — published at $1,500 list, currently shown against a $500 promotional price.
  • Annual contracts carry a $299 early-termination fee if you cancel before the term ends.
  • Text and voice are a metered add-on ladder starting at $24/mo, with overage at $0.015 per text and $0.01 per voice minute — the same usage-billing shape you may be leaving.
  • Geographic limits: the phone line and 1:1 texting are US and Canada only, text marketing is US only, and the native payment processor is US only.
  • Additional users are $39/mo each beyond the two included, and contact pricing escalates in tiers as the list grows.
  • Data migration is priced separately from implementation, in packages running from $399 to $1,999.
  • The free trial’s length is not published, and the trial caps email sending at 25 with no payments or texting.
Pick this if

Choose Keap if the phone and text channels are non-negotiable and you want a single small-business platform instead of an agency one. Budget the required implementation as part of year one — it is the fairest way to compare it against a $97 plan.

04

ActiveCampaign

Email & marketing automation

Best for: teams whose real engine was the workflow builder and email — not sub-accounts, not the dialer — and who would rather have one deep automation tool than a wide platform.

Entry price
$15 / moStarter, under 1,000 contacts, 1 user · billing basis not published
SMS & phone
SMS is an add-onPaid add-on; no native calling found
Webinar delivery
NoNot part of the product
White-label
Not verifiableNo reseller offer found

What is native

  • The deepest automation builder on this list at the price, with 950+ prebuilt recipes, multiple triggers and an automation map.
  • Contact-based pricing with no seat minimum at entry — you are not paying for an agency structure you will not use.
  • Strong AI surface: AI campaign builder, content and image generation, AI-suggested segments and predictive sending.
  • Native landing pages and site messages from the Plus tier, plus forms and standard ecommerce integrations for Shopify, Square and WooCommerce.
  • A 14-day free trial (100 contacts, 100 sends), and ActiveCampaign states there are no setup fees, with free migration and onboarding.

Watch-outs

  • Pricing scales with your contact list by design — the tier ladder above 1,000 contacts is not published in a readable form.
  • Email volume is capped as a multiple of your contact limit: 10× on Starter and Plus, 12× on Pro, 15× on Enterprise.
  • Starter caps automations at five actions each and limits segmentation, so the automation depth people buy it for really starts at Plus.
  • SMS, WhatsApp, transactional email and the enhanced CRM with pipelines are all paid add-ons, and their prices are not published.
  • Starter and Plus include a single user; more seats mean a higher tier rather than a published per-seat add-on.
  • No native checkout — commerce happens through integrations, so the money is not on the same platform as the automation.
Pick this if

Choose ActiveCampaign if what you actually used in HighLevel was the workflow builder and the email sends. You will trade breadth — no dialer, no checkout, no client accounts — for materially better automation and a much lower entry price.

Kartra

All-in-one with a native webinar tool

NativeLive rooms and “Always On” evergreen
White-label
NoAgency console for client accounts instead

What is native

  • Native webinars with live rooms, scheduled and instant sessions, “Always On” evergreen events and up to six presenters — one of only two options here that hosts the room itself.
  • Funnel and page builder, email marketing, checkout, memberships and courses, form builder, calendars, surveys and analytics in one platform.
  • Unlimited products, memberships, pages and emails from Starter upward, with 0% transaction fees from Starter.
  • Affiliate management and a built-in helpdesk are part of the platform rather than separate vendors.
  • A Kartra Agency console runs client accounts from one place, with a published 40% discount on accounts bought for clients.
  • A 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Watch-outs

  • Essentials takes 5% of your sales — Kartra’s own plan card reads “Charges 5% fees on your sales”. Zero transaction fees start at Starter.
  • Essentials is a starting shape rather than an operating plan: 500 contacts, one product, one membership, one custom domain, five pages and 10,000 emails a month.
  • Kartra’s own pages disagree on where webinars unlock. Its webinar feature page footnotes that they are not included with the Starter plan and lists Growth at 300 attendees, while the Starter plan card says webinars are included. Essentials definitively has none — budget Growth at $229/mo if webinars are the reason you are moving.
  • Contacts drive the ladder: 500, 2,500, 12,500 and 25,000 across the four tiers.
  • Automations, affiliate management, surveys and the helpdesk are gated above the entry plan.
  • The agency console is not white-label — Kartra describes it as putting your agency branding on client emails, not reselling Kartra as your own product.
Pick this if

Choose Kartra if you want one platform for the whole funnel and the webinar inside it. On the webinar axis this is the closest competitor to us on this page, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise. Price it at Growth, not Essentials.

06

ClickFunnels

Funnel-first platform

Best for: offer launchers whose growth is built on funnels, who want a large included contact and email allowance at a price that does not move with usage.

SMS & phone

White-label
Top tier onlyBranding removal and SSO on Dominate

What is native

  • Unlimited funnels on every plan, with 10,000 contacts and 50,000 emails a month at the $97 entry tier — a lot of included volume before anything meters.
  • Email marketing, courses, community, membership sites, CRM pipelines, checkout, a blog and a website builder are all present at the entry tier.
  • No transaction fee — ClickFunnels states plainly that it does not take a percentage of your sales.
  • Workspaces scale 1 / 5 / 10 / 20 and team members 2 / 5 / 10 / 20, so separate brands or clients stay cleanly separated.
  • A 14-day free trial plus a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Watch-outs

  • No webinar product appears in ClickFunnels’ published plan comparison, app list or feature pages — a webinar funnel built here still needs an outside room.
  • Automations show as absent from the Launch tier in ClickFunnels’ own plan comparison, which is a real gap if workflow branching is what you used in HighLevel.
  • The Affiliate Center starts at Optimize ($297/mo).
  • Courses are capped at three on Launch, which is thin if delivery is the business.
  • Contact count drives the ladder — 10K, 75K, 150K, 400K — and the top Dominate tier is annual-only at $5,997/year.
  • Branding removal and SSO are Dominate-tier only, so this is not a practical reseller path.
  • “Unlimited Funnels” carries ClickFunnels’ own “Limited Time” qualifier on every tier.
Pick this if

Choose ClickFunnels if the funnel is the unit of work and you want generous included volume without usage metering. It is the closest thing here to HighLevel’s breadth-for-the-money at the entry tier — minus the phone, and minus the room.

What is native

  • The most mature course, community and membership product on this list, with podcasts, newsletters, a website builder and a blog included.
  • Unlimited funnels, landing pages and marketing emails on every tier — no send metering at all.
  • Kajabi Payments processes at 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% on Growth and 2.7% on Pro, with no additional platform fee when you use it.
  • A branded mobile app and API access are included on Pro rather than sold as add-ons.
  • Products scale 1 / 5 / 50 / unlimited, so a large catalogue has somewhere to go.

Watch-outs

  • No native webinar hosting. Kajabi’s help center states that “Zoom is not a native integration on Kajabi”, and its documented path is a Zoom or YouTube Live webinar funnel — so the room belongs to somebody else.
  • Using a third-party payment provider instead of Kajabi Payments adds a platform fee of 5% / 2% / 1% / 0.5% by tier. Kajabi’s own footnote excludes PayPal and Kajabi Payments from that fee — a detail most comparisons state incorrectly.
  • Contacts drive the ladder — 250, 2,500, 25,000 and 100,000 — and Basic caps you at five products and two admin users.
  • Affiliate programs and advanced automations start at Growth ($249/mo), not at Basic.
  • AI credits run 0 / 500 / 1,000 by tier, with paid top-ups beyond that.
  • The Starter tier’s price is not published on Kajabi’s pricing page, so we do not quote one.
  • Trial length is published two ways on the same site — 14 days on the plan cards, 30 days through the plan-finder widget — so confirm which one you are getting.
Pick this if

Choose Kajabi if the catalogue is the product and your live sessions are mostly for people who already bought. If a public webinar is how strangers become customers, you will be adding a room to it.

What is native

  • A genuinely free plan that does not expire and needs no credit card: 2,000 contacts, three sales funnels, one course, one blog, one affiliate program and one custom domain, with unlimited email sends.
  • 0% transaction fees on every plan including the free one — Systeme.io states you accept Stripe and PayPal payments at no extra cost.
  • The cheapest paid tiers here: Startup $17/mo, Webinar $47/mo and Unlimited $97/mo, each with two months free on annual billing.
  • Sub-accounts on the Unlimited plan give agencies isolated client workspaces, alongside a free migration service.
  • A real white-label option — resell Systeme.io accounts under your own brand, with no revenue share or transaction fees on what you sell.
  • Courses, community, blog, booking calendar, CRM pipelines and affiliate management are included rather than sold as tier-gated add-ons.

Watch-outs

  • Webinars are evergreen only and start at the $47 Webinar plan — the free and Startup plans include none at all.
  • There are no live webinars at any price, and Systeme.io says so itself: if you need live interactive webinars with Q&A, polls and breakout rooms, it points you at Zoom.
  • White-label pricing is not published — agencies are told to contact the team — and once activated the feature cannot be deleted, reset or deactivated.
  • Resellers cannot price below Systeme.io’s official pricing.
  • Systeme.io’s marketing copy and its own pricing data disagree on some entry limits, funnel counts in particular, so verify the tier you are actually buying.
  • None of the reputation management, ads reporting, phone system or client-billing machinery HighLevel bundles.
Pick this if

Choose Systeme.io if “too heavy” was the real problem. Nothing here gets you to a working funnel faster or cheaper, and the free plan lets you test the premise before paying anything at all.

05How to choose

Pick by the business you run, not the feature count.

Six segments, six answers. Only one of them points at us, and the first one may well point you straight back to GoHighLevel.

Full white-label agency resellers

Vendasta or stay on Agency Pro

If your business is selling software and services to local businesses under your own name, Vendasta is built around exactly that — wholesale pricing, your retail price, your brand. The honest caveat: HighLevel’s SaaS Mode at $497 already does this well, so the question is whether Vendasta’s marketplace and fulfilment model beats a platform you have already learned. Leaving is not automatically an upgrade here.

Solo consultants who find it heavy

Keap if you need the phone line

The weight people describe is agency architecture — sub-accounts, snapshots, wallets, rebilling — carried by one person running one brand. Keap trades that for a single small-business platform with a real phone line, texting and native checkout. Budget the required implementation package, and remember its text and voice tiers meter usage the same way.

Webinar-led operators

Agorix our product — disclosed

If registration, the live or evergreen room, follow-up and checkout should share one record — and you want follow-up that branches on watch time and offer clicks rather than a registration list — this is the gap we built for. It is also the entry with no SMS and no phone, so if those channels matter, choose from the rows above instead. See the full head-to-head.

Email-automation-first teams

ActiveCampaign deepest builder, lowest entry

If the part of HighLevel you actually lived in was the workflow builder and the email sends, this is a straight upgrade on automation depth at a fraction of the entry price. You give up breadth — no dialer, no checkout, no client accounts — and you accept contact-based pricing plus send limits set as a multiple of your list.

Course & creator businesses

Kajabi when the catalogue is the product

If what you sell is courses, a community, a podcast and a coaching program to an audience you already reach, Kajabi is the most mature product on this list for exactly that, with no send metering. Know what you are trading: no native webinar hosting, and a platform fee on third-party payment providers. See the Kajabi head-to-head.

Funnel-first offer launchers

ClickFunnels or Kartra Kartra if you need the room too

Both are built around the funnel rather than the client account. ClickFunnels gives you the larger included volume at entry — 10,000 contacts and 50,000 emails for $97 — while Kartra gives you native live and evergreen webinars, though realistically at its Growth tier rather than its $59 entry plan. Pick on whether the webinar is part of the offer.

Also considered, and left out: HubSpot

HubSpot Starter is a common suggestion on lists like this one, and we verified it before deciding against including it. The reason is shape, not quality: its Starter Customer Platform is priced per seat — $20/month per seat at list, with lower promotional rates for new customers on an annual commitment — and the bill then climbs with marketing contacts, where the first block past 1,000 costs more per contact than the blocks above it. Onboarding is a required one-time fee at Professional and above. That is a fundamentally different purchase from the per-sub-account agency platform GoHighLevel sells, so putting them side by side would flatter neither. [33] [34]

06Where GoHighLevel wins

Five reasons to stay exactly where you are.

Written by a competitor, on a competitor’s site. If one of these is load-bearing for your business, switching would cost you something real — and no page that omits this section is worth trusting.

Native SMS, phone and call tracking in one place

Texting, inbound and outbound calling, call tracking and a unified inbox spanning SMS, email, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and live chat are all in the platform. Most alternatives on this page have none of that, and ours has none of it either. If those channels drive your revenue, this alone can end the evaluation. [9]

SaaS Mode is a real reseller business, not a branding option

Agency Pro lets an agency resell the platform to its clients, automate sub-account creation, white-label the experience and rebill usage with a markup that becomes margin. Very little software lets you run a software company on top of it this cleanly. Vendasta competes here; almost nothing else does. [7]

Unlimited sub-accounts and unlimited contacts change the maths

The Unlimited plan at $297/month carries unlimited sub-accounts and unlimited users, and every tier advertises unlimited contacts. For an agency with many clients or a business with a very large list, per-client and per-contact cost approaches zero — the opposite of the contact-tier escalation most alternatives here run on. [1]

A $97 entry price with the core feature set attached

Starter includes three sub-accounts, unlimited contacts, unlimited users and the core features. Nothing else in this roundup delivers that much surface area at that price, and the 14-day trial makes it cheap to test. [1]

Breadth most platforms do not attempt

Reputation and review management, ad reporting for Google and Meta, invoicing, proposals and estimates, forms, surveys and quizzes, affiliate management, loyalty programs, courses and communities, plus conversation and voice AI. If you genuinely use that range, consolidating it elsewhere means several vendors instead of one. [1]

If you want the long version of that argument run against our own product rather than summarised here, the head-to-head page takes every job in turn: Agorix vs GoHighLevel.

What is the closest alternative to GoHighLevel?

It depends which half of it you are replacing, and no single product replaces both. If what you value is the business model — reselling software to local businesses under your own brand — Vendasta is the closest, because that is what it is built to be end to end. If what you value is the operating platform for one business, with a phone line, texting, funnels and native checkout in one subscription, Keap is closest.

Nothing on this page reproduces all of HighLevel at once. Any roundup that claims a single drop-in replacement is skipping the part where you decide which half you actually used.

Is there a cheaper alternative to GoHighLevel?

On the sticker, comfortably. Systeme.io has a free plan that never expires and needs no credit card — 2,000 contacts, three funnels, one course and unlimited email sends — with paid tiers from $17/month. ActiveCampaign publishes pricing starting at $15 for accounts with less than 1,000 contacts. Kartra starts at $59/month, though its entry plan takes 5% of your sales. All of those sit under HighLevel’s $97 Starter.

The comparison that matters is the whole month. HighLevel’s pricing page states the subscription covers platform features while phone numbers, SMS, emails sent and premium AI usage are billed as usage on top. So “cheaper” depends entirely on how much of that you consume — and on whether the cheaper tool includes the things you would otherwise buy separately. Price your actual send volume, not the plan row.

Which GoHighLevel alternatives have native SMS and a phone line?

This is the shortest list on the page, which is why it is worth deciding first. Keap ships a dedicated business phone line for calls and texts, on a metered tier ladder and limited to the US and Canada (with text marketing US-only) — and it is the only option here that publishes a phone system at all. For texting without calling, Vendasta sells email and SMS marketing inside the platform, Kartra bundles SMS from its Starter tier, Systeme.io lists SMS marketing as a feature, and ActiveCampaign offers SMS as a paid add-on rather than an included channel.

Agorix — our product — has no native SMS or phone at all. Email is the only outbound channel. If texting and calling are load-bearing for you, we are the wrong swap and we would rather say so here than after you have migrated.

Do any of these run webinars natively?

Yes — three of them, and we are not the only one, so treat this answer as disclosed. Kartra hosts live rooms and “Always On” evergreen sessions natively, with up to six presenters. Systeme.io runs automated evergreen webinars from its $47 plan, but has no live room at any price and says so itself, pointing you to Zoom if you need live Q&A, polls and breakout rooms. Agorix runs both live and evergreen sessions in-platform.

The ones that do not: ClickFunnels publishes no webinar product at any tier, and Kajabi’s help center states that Zoom is not a native integration, documenting a Zoom or YouTube Live webinar funnel instead. HighLevel itself builds the webinar funnel natively — registration, forms, reminders, automation — then asks you to enter a streaming link, naming Zoom, YouTube Live and WebinarJam as options; its native streaming engine is documented as rolled out to select beta users in Courses and Communities.

So the real question is not “who has a webinar” but what happens to attendance behaviour afterwards. Our argument for Agorix is that watch time, questions and offer clicks land on the same record as the follow-up and the checkout — not that nobody else hosts a room.

Can I white-label an alternative the way SaaS Mode works?

Two options here do it. Vendasta is the fuller answer: reselling under your brand is its core model, with wholesale pricing and partner-set retail prices, though full de-branding of the client app starts at its Professional tier rather than entry. Systeme.io also offers white label — resell accounts under your own brand with no revenue share on what you sell — but it does not publish a price for it, resellers cannot price below its official pricing, and once the feature is switched on it cannot be deleted, reset or deactivated.

Being fair about HighLevel here matters. SaaS Mode on Agency Pro at $497, with automated sub-account creation and rebilling at a markup you keep, is a mature version of this and is genuinely hard to beat. Agorix has client management and white-label in limited form from Pro, expanding on Business and Agency / Enterprise — younger than HighLevel’s, and worth confirming exact scope before you promise it to a client.

Does Agorix replace GoHighLevel?

For a webinar-led business — coaches, consultants, course sellers, agencies whose client offer is a webinar funnel — usually yes, and with the room included rather than linked.

For an agency selling a phone-and-SMS platform to local service businesses, no. There is no native SMS or phone in Agorix, and our white-label is younger than SaaS Mode. Map the workflows you actually depend on first, confirm what moves natively and what stays external, and verify the migration path before changing anything.

One connected record

If the webinar is the reason you are shopping, run one on the platform itself.

Agorix is one of the eight above — one of three that host the room rather than link to it, and the one built so that watch time, questions and offer clicks land on the same record as the follow-up and the checkout. Take the next webinar you were going to run anyway: build the registration page, run the session in the native room, and look at what the follow-up knows when it starts. No SMS, no phone — that part is real, and worth deciding before you begin.

Agorix plan prices, capacities, trial terms and white-label scope come from our own pricing page. Facts we could not confirm from a vendor-owned page are named as unverified rather than estimated, and are deliberately not quoted anywhere above: whether ActiveCampaign’s $15 entry rate is the monthly or annual-commitment price, its contact-tier ladder above 1,000 contacts and its add-on prices; Keap’s free-trial length; Vendasta’s Enterprise pricing and activation fee; Kartra’s Enterprise tier; and Systeme.io’s white-label price and SMS delivery mechanism. Where a vendor’s own pages contradict each other we say so on the page rather than pick the flattering number — this applies to Kartra’s webinar unlock tier and Kajabi’s trial length. “Not verifiable” in the table means the vendor does not publish it — never that a feature is absent. Competitor pricing and features change; this page is re-verified quarterly and the stamp above moves with it.
