Name, business contact details, login and authentication information, workspace membership, role, preferences, and other details used to establish and manage an account.
Agorix brings customer records, events, learning, meetings, marketing, commerce, workflows, and AI-assisted work into one operating layer. This notice explains the categories of information we process, why we process them, how AI features use selected context, and the choices available to customers and individuals.
This notice applies to information Agorix processes through its websites, product, support, sales, and related services. It does not replace a signed order form, master services agreement, data processing agreement, or other written contract. If those documents conflict with this summary, the controlling agreement applies.
Customers decide what information they place in their workspaces and how they use the product. In many product-processing activities, the customer determines the purpose and means of processing and Agorix processes information on the customer's instructions. Agorix may separately determine how it processes limited website, account, billing, security, and service-analytics information.
Depending on how someone uses Agorix, we may process the following categories.
Name, business contact details, login and authentication information, workspace membership, role, preferences, and other details used to establish and manage an account.

This may include contact and account records; forms; event registration and attendance; course content and progress; meeting details and notes; campaign and engagement data; purchases, orders, and entitlements; workflows; Knowledge Base material; and AI instructions and output.
Information about how the website and product are accessed and used, which may include browser and device details, IP address, timestamps, feature interactions, log data, errors, and performance information.
Subscription, plan, order, invoice, and payment-status information. Payment-card details may be handled by payment providers rather than stored directly by Agorix. The final notice should state the exact implementation.

Agorix includes AI features that can draft, summarize, recommend, classify, analyze, and route work. Customers choose the instructions and workspace context made available to those features, subject to product configuration and permissions.
Selected context may be sent to approved AI model providers to generate the requested output. Customers can configure where human approval is required before output is used operationally. AI-generated output should be reviewed when accuracy, sensitivity, or consequence requires human judgment.

Service providers are expected to process information only for authorized purposes and protect it appropriately. Link the final notice to a current subprocessor list and describe any notification process promised to customers.
Agorix retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and business records.
Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose for processing it, workspace configuration, customer instructions, and applicable law. Customer content may be exported, returned, or deleted according to product capabilities and the controlling agreement. Backups may retain data for a limited period before routine deletion.
The final notice should include verified retention periods or clear criteria for each material category.
Agorix uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Customers also play an important role by managing users and roles, protecting credentials, reviewing integrations, configuring approval gates, and limiting sensitive information to what the workflow requires.
