Agorix vs GoHighLevel (2026): the agency stack without the room.

GoHighLevel runs the agency operating system — CRM, pipelines, funnels, calendars, SMS, reputation, white-label SaaS mode. Its webinar funnel registers people beautifully, then asks you for a streaming link. That link is where the buying decision happens.

The short answer

Choose Agorix if

Live and evergreen webinars are how you acquire customers, you want follow-up that branches on attendance behavior, and you would rather pay a predictable tier than meter every email while paying a separate webinar platform for the room.

Choose GoHighLevel if

You need SMS and a dialer, you resell software to clients under your own brand, you run many client sub-accounts, or reputation management and communities are part of what you sell. Agorix has none of those.

The handoff

One webinar, six jobs. Follow which of them share a customer record.

Five of six jobs are native. The room is a link to somewhere else — and HighLevel documents that attribution fires on their own forms, surveys, calendars, chat widgets and order forms, so the hour that sells is outside what the CRM can attribute.

01The verdict

GoHighLevel is the agency operating stack. The webinar room is not in it.

GoHighLevel is a serious, mature product — CRM and pipelines, funnels and websites, calendars, native SMS and calling, reputation management, communities, courses, and a white-label SaaS mode that lets agencies resell the whole thing under their own brand. On its own ground it is very hard to beat.

The webinar is not its ground. HighLevel’s own guide to creating webinars builds the registration, confirmation and broadcast pages, then asks you to “add your webinar streaming URL” — naming Zoom, YouTube Live, WebinarJam or a custom link. Agorix runs that room natively, on the same record as the registration page, the follow-up, the checkout and the course. And on the other side of the ledger: Agorix has no SMS, no dialer, no community and no reseller mode. Both halves of that are on this page.

03Who each is for

These are not the same business.

Agorix

Webinar-led businesses where the room creates the customer

Coaches, consultants, course creators and agencies whose revenue starts with a live or evergreen session and continues into a high-ticket offer or a program. You care that someone stayed 47 minutes, asked about implementation and clicked the offer without buying, because that is the list you want to work on Monday. You are selling your own offers rather than reselling software, email is your primary channel, and you want an AI Operator that prepares the work and stops at an approval gate.

GoHighLevel

Agencies whose product is the client account

Marketing agencies and operators running many client sub-accounts, where the work is lead capture, pipelines, missed-call text-back, review generation and appointment setting — and where SMS and a dialer are not optional. If your ambition is to resell the platform under your own brand, provision client accounts automatically and rebill their usage with a margin, SaaS Mode is a business model in a box and Agorix does not have an equivalent. Webinars, when they happen, are one campaign among many, and pasting in a Zoom link is an acceptable cost.

04Deep dive6 jobs

Six jobs, and what the difference costs you.

Each section reads the same way: what GoHighLevel does, what Agorix does, and what the gap between them means on an operating Monday.

The webinar room

GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel builds a genuinely complete webinar funnel: registration and confirmation pages, a broadcast page, CRM lead capture, automated email and SMS reminders, cloning and reusable templates. Then its own Complete guide to creating webinars reaches the step everything else is built around and asks you to “add your webinar streaming URL”, listing the supported platforms as Zoom, YouTube Live, WebinarJam or a custom webinar link. There is no HighLevel room to evaluate — no attendee capacity, no in-room analytics — because the stream is somewhere else by design.

Agorix

The room is part of the platform. Registration, reminders, the browser-based live session, chat, questions, polls and the timed offer all run inside Agorix, so arrival time, watch time, questions asked and offer clicks land on the customer record while the session is still running rather than as a CSV the next morning.

What it means

GoHighLevel can tell you who registered. It cannot tell you who stayed, because the hour that does the selling happens in software it does not own.

The Agorix live webinar console showing scheduled sessions, registration counts and room status.
AgorixThe live room, the registration page and the attendee record are one object in Agorix.

Evergreen webinars

GoHighLevel

No scheduled or just-in-time evergreen session model appears in HighLevel’s documented feature set. You can put a recording on a funnel page and drive traffic to it with workflows, which is a real and widely used tactic — but the recurring session schedule, the viewer-level watch-time signal and the offer timed to a moment in the presentation are not part of it.

Agorix

Agorix runs scheduled, just-in-time and on-demand sessions where currently supported, and keeps each viewer attached to the same record: where they joined, how far they watched, whether they reached the offer, and what they did the next day. Evergreen capability is limited on Launch and expands from Growth upward.

What it means

An evergreen funnel you cannot see at viewer level repeats the same missed moment every week without ever asking for your attention.

Follow-up, segmentation and attribution

GoHighLevel

Workflows are the best thing about GoHighLevel and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise — multi-channel, deeply conditional, fast to build, and reaching email, SMS, calls and the unified inbox from one canvas. Attribution is native too, with first-touch and latest-touch source recorded on every contact. The constraint sits in HighLevel’s own attribution article: the triggering action “must be a HighLevel Form, Survey, Calendar, Chat Widget and Order Form”. A Zoom room is not on that list.

Agorix

Because the room and the email system share one record, follow-up branches on what actually happened: the replay to the no-show, the missing context to the early exit, a different message to the engaged non-buyer, onboarding to the buyer. The same record carries attribution from source through registration and attendance to the purchase.

What it means

Powerful automation pointed at thin data is still thin. The branch condition you want most — how long they stayed — is decided by where the room runs, not by how good the workflow builder is.

An automation builder branching a follow-up sequence on attendee behaviour.
AgorixFollow-up branches on attendance behavior because the branch condition is on the same record as the room.

What the communication layer costs at volume

GoHighLevel

HighLevel publishes its usage rates, which makes this comparable rather than speculative. LC Email is billed at $0.675 per 1,000 emails, and their documentation is explicit that “all incoming and outgoing emails (To, CC, and BCC) will incur charges”. LC Phone publishes US and Canada rates: $1.15 a month for a local number, $0.00747 per SMS segment in both directions before US carrier fees, roughly $0.0166 a minute for outbound voice, $0.0025 a minute for call recording. All of it draws down a prepaid agency wallet that auto-recharges when the balance falls below a threshold. Rebilling those costs to clients without markup is available on the $297 and $497 plans; rebilling with markup is on the $497 plan only.

Agorix

Email volume is an allowance, not a meter: 25,000 sends a month on Launch through 1,000,000 on Business, included in the plan price, with a dedicated sending domain on every paid plan. AI capacity has the same shape — AI Credits included monthly rather than billed per action. Agorix has no SMS and no telephony at all, so there is no phone meter to compare here. That is a gap, not a saving.

What it means

These are two different billing philosophies, not two different price points. One gives you a low subscription and charges for what you send; the other gives you an allowance and charges for the tier. Which is cheaper depends entirely on your sending volume — so model it before you switch either way.

Courses, memberships and where the buyer lives

GoHighLevel

Courses and memberships are a real, deep product on GoHighLevel — drip scheduling, quizzes and assessments, closed captions, comments, course offers and a white-labelled member portal, documented across dozens of help articles. We are not going to characterise how it feels to use, because that is a judgement we cannot source from a HighLevel-owned page. What is fair to point at is placement: the course lives inside a client sub-account, built for an agency delivering to somebody else’s audience.

Agorix

Course building, the student portal, certificates and progress are on every paid plan, and they sit on the same record as the webinar the student registered for, the email that converted them and the payment they made. The course is not a separate product area with its own contact list — it is the next event on one timeline.

What it means

Both platforms can host the course. Only one of them can tell you that the student stalling on lesson three is the same person who watched 52 minutes of the webinar and asked a question about implementation.

AgorixCourse progress sits on the same customer record as the webinar, the email and the purchase.

Workflows, AI, and what it costs to switch on

GoHighLevel

HighLevel ships a broad AI line — Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI, Content AI and an agent studio — and prices it as a product separate from the subscription. AI Employee Growth is “$50/month per enabled location” and AI Employee Unlimited is “$97/month per enabled location”, with pay-per-use rates as the alternative. Worth reading the shape of that: per enabled sub-account, on top of the $97, $297 or $497 plan. HighLevel notes on the same page that pricing and model availability may change, so these figures are as of the verification date and should be confirmed in-app.

Agorix

The Agorix AI Operator works from shared customer and business context and prepares consequential work — funnels, pages, emails, segments, workflows, course material, funnel audits — for a human to approve. Capacity is metered in AI Credits included monthly with every paid plan, from 2,500 on Launch to 40,000 on Business, and a larger task should show an estimated credit range before it begins.

What it means

The pricing shape differs as much as the product. One switches AI on per sub-account for a monthly fee above the plan; the other includes a credit allowance in the plan and stops at an approval gate before it does anything consequential.

05Pricing

Their subscription is cheaper. Their meter is the other half of the bill.

Both columns show monthly / annual price. GoHighLevel figures verified 28 July 2026; Agorix figures from our pricing page.

AgorixAnnual saves 20%
Launch — 100 live attendees · 5,000 contacts · 25k emails$149 / $119
Growth — 250 live attendees · 25,000 contacts · 150k emails$399 / $319

Business — 1,000 live attendees · 200,000 contacts · 1M emails$1,499 / $1,199
Every paid plan includes the whole platform — live and evergreen webinars, meetings, courses, marketing, CRM, commerce, workflows and the AI Operator — plus the monthly email allowance and AI Credits for the tier. The tier sets capacity, not access. Launch, Growth and Pro are self-serve on a 14-day trial; Business and above are sales-led. Agorix does not offer SMS or telephony.
GoHighLevelVerified 28 July 2026
Starter — 3 sub-accounts · unlimited contacts and users$97 / $970
Unlimited — unlimited sub-accounts · rebilling, no markup$297 / $2,970
Agency Pro — SaaS Mode · rebilling with markup$497 / $4,970
Enterprise — custom, sales-ledNot published
Annual figures are the published yearly price, not a monthly equivalent. All tiers carry a 14-day trial — the same length as ours. Email, SMS, calls and AI are billed on top by usage from a prepaid agency wallet that auto-recharges. AI Employee is a separate $50 or $97 per month per enabled sub-account, or pay-per-use. A branded client portal mobile app is $79 per month per location. Enterprise pricing is not published, so we do not quote one.
What the meter adds

The $97 headline is real, and so is everything that sits on top of it. These are HighLevel’s own published US rates applied to round monthly volumes — arithmetic on their numbers, not a quote from them, and not a claim about what any particular account spends.

50,000 emails at $0.675 / 1,000$33.75
10,000 SMS segments at $0.00747$74.70
AI Employee Unlimited, one sub-account$97.00
Branded client app, one location$79.00

US carrier fees are charged on top of the SMS rate, inbound messages and inbound email are billed as well as outbound, and phone numbers carry their own monthly cost. None of that is hidden — HighLevel publishes all of it — but a subscription comparison that stops at $97 versus $149 is not comparing the same thing.

The capacity question

The two products meter different things. GoHighLevel prices by sub-accounts and then by usage; Agorix prices by contacts, email volume and the size of the room. That last limit is the one that usually forces a plan change on webinar platforms, so it has an escape valve — a one-time boost for a single event instead of a permanent upgrade for one busy night.

+250 attendees, one event$49

06Switching path

Do not move the agency. Move one funnel.

Pages, workflows and course structure are rebuilt rather than migrated — no platform exports those into another. Contacts, tags, opportunities and purchase history do move.

1First

Pick the funnel that sells, not the account

Find the single webinar funnel that produces the most revenue. Its registration page, reminder sequence, offer and checkout are the migration. Everything else in the account can wait behind it.

2Then

Move contacts, pipeline and purchase history

Export contacts, tags, opportunities and purchase history from the sub-account and map them onto the Agorix record. Decide upfront which of them are active marketing contacts and which are history you want to keep without paying to market to.

3Then

Rebuild the funnel and bring the room inside

Rebuild the registration page, reminder sequence and offer in Agorix, then run the next session in the native room. This is the step that produces the behavioral data the old stack could never hand back to you.

4Last

Decide honestly what Agorix does not replace

SMS, the dialer, reputation management, communities and reselling client sub-accounts have no Agorix equivalent. Plenty of agencies will end up running both on purpose — Agorix for the webinar-led acquisition motion, GoHighLevel for the client service stack. That is a legitimate outcome, not a failed migration.

07Where GoHighLevel is the better fit

Six reasons to stay where you are.

Written by us, about a competitor, on our own site. Three of these describe capabilities Agorix does not have at all. If one of them is load-bearing for your business, take it seriously — switching would cost you something real.

Native SMS, phone and a dialer — Agorix has none

LC Phone is HighLevel’s own telephony, powering two-way SMS, outbound and inbound calling, a dialer, call tracking and call recording natively inside the CRM. Agorix does not offer SMS or telephony in any form; follow-up is email only. If text messaging or calling is part of how you convert, this alone can decide the evaluation, and no amount of webinar capability offsets it. [5]

SaaS Mode and rebilling are their moat, and we are behind it

On the Agency Pro plan, HighLevel lets you resell the platform under your own brand, create client sub-accounts automatically when someone purchases through Stripe, and rebill usage — with markup on the $497 tier. Agorix client management and white-label begin in limited form on Pro and expand on Business and Agency / Enterprise; they do not match this. If your business model is selling software to your clients, GoHighLevel is the more complete answer today. [10]

$97 gets you in the door, with unlimited contacts and users

Starter is $97 a month or $970 a year, with three sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and unlimited users, and a 14-day trial. Agorix Launch starts at $149 a month for 5,000 marketing contacts and two seats. For a small agency testing an offer, the entry economics are simply better over there. [1]

Unlimited sub-accounts, one per client

The $297 Unlimited plan carries unlimited sub-accounts, so each client gets an isolated workspace at no marginal subscription cost. Agorix meters workspaces instead — one on Launch and Growth, three on Pro, five on Business, ten or more on Agency / Enterprise. For a multi-client agency that difference compounds fast. [1]

Communities and reputation management exist there and not here

HighLevel ships Communities with groups, channels, member roles, embedded courses, events and gamification, plus a documented reputation-management product covering review requests, widgets and listings. Agorix has neither. If a members’ space or review generation is part of what you sell or what you sell for clients, that gap is real and permanent as of today. [14]

An agency ecosystem you cannot rebuild quickly

An app marketplace where developers publish integrations to agencies and sub-accounts, a branded client-portal mobile app agencies can resell, and an official event programme in LevelUp and HighLevel LIVE. Agorix has no community product, no branded mobile app and no marketplace. Ecosystems take years; this one has them. [19]

08Switcher questions

The six people actually ask.

Still deciding? Compare Agorix plans or book a walkthrough and bring your current stack.

Does GoHighLevel have a native webinar room?

No — and HighLevel’s own documentation is the clearest source on this. Their Complete guide to creating webinars covers registration and confirmation pages, broadcast pages, CRM lead capture, automated reminders and reusable templates, then asks you to “add your webinar streaming URL”, naming Zoom, YouTube Live, WebinarJam or a custom link as the supported platforms.

So the accurate statement is not “GoHighLevel has no webinar features” — it has good ones. It is that GoHighLevel builds the webinar funnel and a third party delivers the webinar.

Does Agorix have SMS?

No. Agorix has no SMS and no telephony — no two-way texting, no dialer, no call tracking or recording. Follow-up runs on email, pages, workflows and the customer record. GoHighLevel’s LC Phone is a genuine native phone system, and if SMS or calling is part of how you convert, that is a real reason to stay there or to keep a separate messaging tool alongside Agorix. We would rather you know that from this page than discover it in week two.

Is Agorix cheaper than GoHighLevel?

At the entry tier, no: $97 against $149. The comparison that actually decides it is the total. GoHighLevel meters email at $0.675 per 1,000 sends, SMS per segment and calls per minute from a prepaid wallet, prices AI as a $50 or $97 monthly add-on per enabled sub-account, and still needs a webinar tool for delivery. Agorix includes the email allowance, the AI Credits and the live and evergreen rooms in the plan price. Take your real monthly send volume, your SMS volume and what you pay your webinar platform today, and the answer stops being a matter of opinion.

Can Agorix white-label and resell to clients the way SaaS Mode does?

Not to that level, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. HighLevel’s Agency Pro plan resells the platform under your brand, provisions client sub-accounts automatically on purchase and rebills usage with markup. Agorix multi-tenant client management and white-label begin in limited form on Pro and expand on Business and Agency / Enterprise. If reselling software under your own brand is the business, that is GoHighLevel’s strongest ground and it wins there today.

Can I run webinars on Agorix and keep GoHighLevel for everything else?

Yes, and for a lot of agencies that is the right answer rather than a compromise. Be clear about the trade: the behavioral data would live in Agorix and the client-service stack would live in GoHighLevel, so you are choosing which system holds the truth about the buyer. The version that pays best is moving the whole acquisition journey together — registration, room, follow-up, checkout — and leaving client operations where they are.

Is the AI Operator included in the free trial?

No. The current self-serve trial does not enable the AI Operator. Paid plans include monthly AI Credits, and a walkthrough can show how the Operator uses shared customer and business context before you pick a plan.
