Agorix vs Kajabi (2026): where the public webinar actually runs.

Kajabi owns almost everything around a webinar. The one thing it does not own is the room a stranger can register for — and that is the room where the buying decision happens.

The short answer

Choose Agorix if

Live and evergreen webinars are how you acquire customers, you want follow-up that branches on attendance behavior, and you would rather pay for one system than run a room your CRM cannot see.

Choose Kajabi if

Community, podcasts and mobile apps are part of what you sell, your live sessions are mostly for existing students, and a large contact list with high email volume matters more than the public room.

The handoff

One webinar, six jobs. Follow which of them share a customer record.

Five of six jobs are native. Attendance behavior lands in the other tool — so the follow-up starts from a registration list, not from what people did in the room.

Six of six on one record. Watch time, questions and offer clicks are available to the follow-up before the room closes.

01The verdict

Kajabi runs the business around the webinar. Agorix runs the webinar too.

Kajabi is a mature creator platform — courses, community, email, checkout, podcasts, mobile apps — and it ships live video for people who have already enrolled in a course, coaching program or community. For a public webinar that strangers register for, Kajabi builds the registration page and asks you to paste in a meeting link; its own help center states that Zoom is not a native integration.

Agorix runs that room natively, on the same record as the registration page, the follow-up, the checkout and the course — which is what makes watch time, questions and offer clicks usable while the interest is still warm.

03Who each is for

These are not the same business.

Agorix

Webinar-led businesses where the room creates the customer

Coaches, consultants, course creators and agencies whose revenue starts with a live or evergreen session and continues into a high-ticket offer or a program. You care that someone stayed 47 minutes, asked about implementation and clicked the offer without buying, because that is the list you want to work on Monday. You would rather operate one system with real capacity limits than four with none, and you want an AI Operator that prepares the work and stops at an approval gate.

Kajabi

Creator businesses where the product is the membership

Creators and educators whose business is a catalogue — courses, a community, a podcast, a coaching program — sold to an audience they already reach by email and content. Live sessions are mostly office hours and cohort calls for people who bought, which Kajabi hosts natively. You value a branded mobile app, a template ecosystem and a decade of creator training more than you value webinar analytics, and if you run the occasional public webinar, pasting in a Zoom link is an acceptable cost.

04Deep dive6 jobs

Six jobs, and what the difference costs you.

Each section reads the same way: what Kajabi does, what Agorix does, and what the gap between them means on an operating Monday.

The public webinar room

Kajabi

Kajabi Events creates the registration page, the reminder and follow-up sequence, the countdown and the calendar invite. The one field it cannot fill for you is the room: an event takes a Location, described in Kajabi’s documentation as a meeting link or a physical address. Kajabi’s help center is direct about the rest — Zoom is not a native integration, and the documented path is to paste a Zoom link into a Kajabi email.

Agorix

The room is part of the platform. Registration, reminders, the browser-based live session, chat, questions, polls and the timed offer all run inside Agorix, so arrival time, watch time, questions asked and offer clicks land on the customer record as they happen rather than as a CSV after the fact.

What it means

On Kajabi the strongest hour of the funnel happens in software that cannot write to the record that sells. On Agorix it writes to it in real time.

The Agorix live webinar console showing scheduled sessions, registration counts and room status.
AgorixThe live room, the registration page and the attendee record are one object in Agorix.

Live video for people who already bought

Kajabi

This is the part most comparisons get wrong. Kajabi does ship live video — inside Course and Coaching products, and as Community Live Rooms — supporting up to 200 attendees with breakout rooms, screen share, chat and recording. For cohort calls, office hours and community meetups it is a real, native product and it works without a second tool.

Agorix

Agorix runs native meetings and sessions for buyers and students too, with the recording, attendance and follow-up attached to the same record as the purchase. The difference is not that one has member sessions and the other does not — it is that Agorix uses one room for both audiences.

What it means

If your live sessions are mostly for existing customers, Kajabi already covers you and the room argument mostly disappears.

Evergreen webinars

Kajabi

No automated evergreen webinar product appears in Kajabi’s documented feature set. You can host a recording as content and drive traffic to it with pages and emails, but the just-in-time session, the viewer-level watch-time signal and the offer timed to the presentation are not there.

Agorix

Agorix runs scheduled, just-in-time and on-demand sessions where currently supported, and keeps each viewer attached to the same record: where they joined, how far they watched, whether they reached the offer, and what they did the next day. Evergreen capability is limited on Launch and expands from Growth upward.

What it means

An evergreen funnel you cannot see at viewer level repeats the same missed moment every week without asking for your attention.

Follow-up, segmentation and attribution

Kajabi

Kajabi’s email, contacts and automations are genuinely native, and marketing emails read as unlimited on every tier — a real advantage at volume. What automations cannot branch on is behavior they never received. If the room was Zoom, Kajabi knows who registered; it does not know who stayed 47 minutes, who asked a question, or who clicked the offer and did not buy.

Agorix

Because the room and the email system share one record, follow-up branches on what actually happened: replay to the no-show, the missing context to the early exit, a different message to the engaged non-buyer, onboarding to the buyer. The same record carries the attribution from source through registration and attendance to the purchase.

What it means

Behavioral follow-up is not an email feature. It is a data-location problem, and it is decided by where the room runs.

An automation builder branching a follow-up sequence on attendee behaviour.
AgorixFollow-up branches on attendance behavior because the branch condition is on the same record as the room.

Checkout, and what it costs to take the money

Kajabi

Kajabi Payments is a real integrated stack — transactions, sales tax, invoices, refunds, payouts and subscriptions from one dashboard at 2.7–2.9% + $0.30 depending on tier. The line worth reading twice is the alternative: processing through a third-party processor such as Stripe adds a Kajabi platform fee on top of the processor’s own fee — 5% on Starter, 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. Kajabi’s own footnote excludes PayPal and Kajabi Payments from that platform fee.

Agorix

Checkout, subscriptions and order bumps are on every paid plan; one-click upsells arrive at Growth. Purchases, fulfillment, course access and follow-up stay connected to the same record where currently supported.

What it means

On a $2,000 offer, a 2% platform fee on top of processing is $40 per sale for the privilege of using your own processor. Price the plan and the payment path together.

Workflows and AI

Kajabi

Kajabi ships Cofounder on every plan — a context-aware assistant that suggests offers, drafts copy and recommends pricing, which Kajabi describes plainly as a thinking partner rather than autopilot. Expert Agents add a sales agent on sales pages and a teaching assistant inside courses; both are visitor-initiated and route to a shared inbox.

Agorix

The Agorix AI Operator works from the same shared customer and business context and prepares consequential work — funnels, pages, emails, segments, workflows, course material, funnel audits — for a human to approve. Capacity is metered in AI Credits so you know what a task can spend before you approve it.

What it means

Both vendors put a human in the loop. The difference is scope: one drafts assets on request, the other prepares the operating work and waits at an approval gate.

05Pricing

Kajabi is cheaper per contact. That is the honest headline.

Both columns show monthly / annual-equivalent price. Kajabi figures verified 28 July 2026; Agorix figures from our pricing page.

Kajabi Payments processes at 2.7–2.9% + $0.30; a third-party processor such as Stripe adds a Kajabi platform fee of 5% / 2% / 1% / 0.5% by tier (Kajabi’s footnote excludes PayPal and Kajabi Payments). Kajabi does not publish a Starter price on its pricing page, so we do not quote one. Their own pages currently advertise two different trial lengths — 14 days on the plan cards, one month elsewhere — so check the live offer there.
The capacity question

The two products meter different things. Kajabi prices by contacts and products; Agorix prices by contacts and the size of the room. That second limit is the one that usually forces a plan change on webinar platforms, so it has an escape valve — a one-time boost for a single event instead of a permanent upgrade for one busy night.

06Switching path

Do not move everything. Move one journey.

Pages, sequences and course structure are rebuilt rather than migrated — no platform exports those into another. Contacts, tags, offers and purchase history do move.

1First

Map one journey, not the whole account

Pick the single webinar that produces the most revenue. Its registration page, email sequence, offer and checkout are the migration — everything else can wait behind it.

2Then

Move contacts and purchase history

Export contacts, tags, offers and purchase history from Kajabi and map them to the Agorix record. Decide upfront which contacts are active marketing contacts and which are history you want to keep without paying to market to.

3Then

Rebuild the funnel, retire the room

Rebuild the registration page, reminder sequence and offer in Agorix, then run the next session in the native room. This is the step that produces the behavioral data the old stack never gave you.

4Last

Run both until the numbers agree

Keep courses and community serving existing students on Kajabi while the acquisition motion runs on Agorix. Move delivery only once the new journey is producing customers — or keep both if community is the reason you are on Kajabi.

07Where Kajabi is the better fit

Six reasons to stay where you are.

Written by us, about a competitor, on our own site. If one of these is load-bearing for your business, take it seriously — switching would cost you something real.

Community is a real product there, and does not exist here

Channels, group conversations, direct messages, Meetups and member automations ship on every Kajabi plan. Agorix has no community product. If a members’ space is part of what you sell, this one point can decide the whole evaluation. [7]

Mobile apps, including one with your name on it

Members get a free Kajabi app that carries every creator they buy from, with progress sync and offline-friendly access. A custom-branded iOS and Android app is included on Pro, or a $199/mo add-on on Basic and Growth. Agorix has no equivalent. [8]

Native podcasting, including private feeds

Kajabi generates an RSS feed for the directories and can gate a private podcast to customers who bought a connected offer, on all plans at no extra cost. Each podcast counts as one product against the plan limit. [9]

Contact and email economics at the low end

Kajabi Growth carries 25,000 contacts at $249/mo and reads as unlimited marketing emails on every tier. Agorix Growth carries the same 25,000 contacts at $399/mo with a 150,000/month email allowance. If you are sending high volume to a large list and do not need the room, Kajabi is the cheaper machine. [1]

An integrated money stack with no add-on fee

Kajabi Payments handles transactions, sales tax, invoices, refunds, payouts and subscriptions from one dashboard at 2.7–2.9% + $0.30, with no platform fee on top when you use it. [10]

A decade of templates, training and creators who have done it

Kajabi University ships 35+ free training courses inside every account, alongside a mature theme and template ecosystem built up over a decade of creators launching on it. [13]

08Switcher questions

The six people actually ask.

Still deciding? Compare Agorix plans or book a walkthrough and bring your current stack.

Does Kajabi have a native webinar room, or not?

Both answers circulate and both are wrong on their own. Kajabi has native live video, but it is scoped to people who already enrolled — inside Course and Coaching products, and as Community Live Rooms, supporting up to 200 attendees with breakouts and recording.

What it does not have is a public room: there is no registration page that opens into a Kajabi-hosted live session for an audience that has not bought yet. Kajabi Events builds that registration page and asks you to supply the meeting link, and Kajabi’s own help center notes that Zoom is not a native integration.

Can I keep Kajabi and just run webinars on Agorix?

Technically yes, and it is worth being clear that this rebuilds the same seam in the other direction — the room would hold the behavior and Kajabi would hold the courses. The version that pays is moving the acquisition journey together: registration, room, follow-up, checkout. Delivery can stay where it is while you prove the new motion.

Is Agorix more expensive than Kajabi?

At matched contact counts, yes. Kajabi Growth is $249/mo for 25,000 contacts; Agorix Growth is $399/mo for the same 25,000. The comparison that decides it is the whole stack: Agorix includes the live room, evergreen sessions, closed-loop attribution and AI Credits, so the fair line is Agorix against Kajabi plus whatever you currently pay to host the webinar. Whether that is cheaper depends entirely on what your webinar tool costs you today.

What actually moves when I switch?

Contacts, tags, offers and purchase history export and map onto the Agorix record. Pages, email sequences, funnels and course structure are rebuilt rather than migrated — the formats do not transfer between platforms. Optional help exists: a $499 setup package on Growth and a $1,500 funnel migration package on Pro. Confirm systems, data, journeys, timeline and acceptance criteria before any implementation work begins.

Does Agorix have a community product?

No. Agorix covers events, courses, CRM, marketing, commerce, workflows, analytics and AI-assisted operations. A members’ community space is not part of it. If community is central to your offer, either stay on Kajabi or plan to run a community tool alongside Agorix.

Is the AI Operator included in the free trial?

No. The current self-serve trial does not enable the AI Operator. Paid plans include monthly AI Credits, and a walkthrough can show how the Operator uses shared customer and business context before you pick a plan.

One connected record

Run the whole journey — registration, room, follow-up, checkout — on one record.

Start with the next webinar you were going to run anyway. Build the registration page, run the session in the native room, and see what the follow-up knows when it starts.
