Agorix vs WebinarJam (2026): where everything around the room lives.

WebinarJam is very good at the hour itself. Its own documentation is equally clear about the rest: it does not process payments, the CRM is a third-party connection, and evergreen is a separate product.

The short answer

Choose Agorix if

You want the registration page, the room, the follow-up, the checkout and the course on one record and one subscription — and you want the follow-up to branch on what people actually did in the session.

Choose WebinarJam if

You need the biggest room for the least money — up to 5,000 attendees at $379/mo billed annually — you already own a CRM, a cart and a course platform you like, and you would rather buy the best room than replace the stack.

The handoff

One webinar, six jobs. Follow which of them share a customer record.

01The verdict

WebinarJam sells you the hour. Agorix sells you the machine the hour feeds.

WebinarJam is a live-webinar specialist and a genuinely strong one — up to 5,000 attendees, six on-screen presenters, polls, handouts, a whiteboard, replica replays that reproduce the chat and offers, and a panic button that rescues a broadcast mid-session. Its pricing is unusually honest: every tier lists the same feature set, and the tier only changes how many people can be in the room.

The scope is equally clear in their own documentation. WebinarJam does not process payments. The CRM is a third-party autoresponder you connect. Courses are something the webinar sells, not something the platform delivers. Evergreen is EverWebinar — a companion product that WebinarJam includes at no extra cost from Basic upward. Agorix runs those six jobs on one record and one subscription, which is what makes watch time usable while the interest is still warm.

03Who each is for

These are not the same purchase.

Agorix

Businesses replacing a stack, not shopping for a room

Coaches, consultants, course creators and agencies whose revenue starts with a live or evergreen session and continues into a high-ticket offer or a program. You care that someone stayed 47 minutes, asked about implementation and clicked the offer without buying, because that is the list you want to work on Monday. You are tired of reconciling a webinar tool, an autoresponder, a cart and a course platform that each hold a quarter of the customer, and you want an AI Operator that prepares the work and stops at an approval gate.

WebinarJam

Businesses that already have a stack and need the room to be excellent

Presenters running large live events who have settled infrastructure elsewhere — an autoresponder they know, a cart that works, a course platform their students already use. Your constraint is seats and reliability at the lowest price, and features like the panic button and replica replays matter more to you than whether the room writes to your CRM in real time. Exporting registrants after the session is a cost you have already accepted, and at $39 to $379 a month you are getting the room for a fraction of what a platform costs.

04Deep dive6 jobs

Six jobs, and what the difference costs you.

Each section reads the same way: what WebinarJam does, what Agorix does, and what the gap between them means on an operating Monday. The first one goes to them.

The room itself

WebinarJam

This is what WebinarJam is for, and it is good at it. The published room runs up to 5,000 attendees with 6 on-screen presenters, screen sharing, live chat, a Q&A mode, polls and surveys, handouts, an on-screen whiteboard, and video injections that cut from the live presenter to pre-recorded playback. Two features are genuinely unusual: a panic button that moves every presenter and attendee into a fresh room mid-broadcast, and replica replays that reproduce the chat, polls and offers exactly as they appeared live.

Agorix

Agorix runs the room natively too — registration page, reminders, browser-based session, chat, questions, polls and the timed offer — with arrival time, watch time, questions asked and offer clicks landing on the customer record as they happen. Room capacity runs 100 to 1,000 live attendees by plan, with 2,500+ on Agency / Enterprise and one-time boosts for a single large event.

What it means

If your evaluation is only “whose room is bigger and cheaper”, WebinarJam wins it outright at the top end. The rest of this page is about the other five jobs.

The Agorix live webinar console showing scheduled sessions, registration counts and room status.
AgorixThe live room, the registration page and the attendee record are one object in Agorix.

Evergreen is a second product, not a second mode

WebinarJam

WebinarJam’s own FAQ draws the line: WebinarJam is designed for live webinars, and for evergreen webinars that run on a fixed schedule it directs you to the companion product, EverWebinar — host it live in WebinarJam, then convert the recording into an automated webinar there. Its pricing footnote lists EverWebinar as included at no additional cost on Basic, Professional and Enterprise, which makes this a strong commercial offer. It is still a second product with its own account, its own sessions and its own reporting.

Agorix

On Agorix the same presentation runs live and then evergreen inside one system, on one record. A contact’s history reads as one story — registered for the evergreen session in March, attended the launch event live in June — instead of two products each holding half a customer.

What it means

Bundled is not the same as unified. The question is not what the second product costs; it is whether the two rooms write to the same record.

AgorixLive and evergreen sessions share one library, one record and one follow-up system.

Where the money is taken

WebinarJam

The clearest sentence in the entire WebinarJam documentation set is in the paid-registration article: WebinarJam and EverWebinar do not process payments. To charge for registration you send people to a third-party checkout and back, and the vendor notes that the post-payment page it generates cannot be customized. The same article documents the failure mode this creates — a payment can land without a registration if the attendee does not complete the final step.

Agorix

Checkout, subscriptions and order bumps are on every paid plan; one-click upsells arrive at Growth. The purchase, the fulfillment, the course access and the follow-up stay attached to the same record as the attendance that produced them, where currently supported.

What it means

A webinar platform that cannot take the money cannot tell you which minute of the presentation earned it. The offer click and the receipt live in different systems by design.

AgorixThe offer shown in the room and the order that closes it land in the same place.

The customer record, and what follow-up can branch on

WebinarJam

WebinarJam has a built-in mail service for the webinar’s own notifications, and it exports registrant and attendee data to your CRM. The CRM is the third-party half: the support documentation frames the integration step as connecting “a CRM or Autoresponder service”, and the vendor states it has no native HubSpot integration, suggesting Zapier or n8n instead. SMS is sold on every plan as part of an “Email & SMS system”; the support article qualifies it — you supply a Twilio account, and only one reminder exists, sent 15 minutes before the session.

Agorix

Because the room and the email system share one record, follow-up branches on what actually happened: replay to the no-show, the missing context to the early exit, a different message to the engaged non-buyer, onboarding to the buyer. Agorix does not send SMS — that is a real gap next to a Twilio-connected reminder — but everything it does send is decided by behaviour it already holds.

What it means

Exported behaviour is behaviour that arrives late and flat. Segments built from a nightly file cannot say “left at minute 22, came back to pricing on Thursday”.

AgorixOne record: the registration, the minutes watched, the offer click and the purchase.

What happens after somebody buys

WebinarJam

WebinarJam publishes a page about selling courses online, and it is about selling: timing the offer for peak intent, handling objections live on camera. Hosting the lessons, running the student portal, gating the membership and tracking progress are not part of the documented product, and the vendor names third-party carts and platforms for the transaction and the delivery.

Agorix

Course building, the student portal, certificates and progress tracking are included on every paid plan, and a completed purchase can begin fulfillment and learning access on the same record that holds the webinar attendance.

What it means

The handoff between “sold” and “delivered” is where most webinar stacks lose the thread — and it is the handoff a room-only product cannot make.

Analytics, and where the loop closes

WebinarJam

The reporting is better than room-only products usually manage. WebinarJam publishes traffic analytics for registration, show-up and replay views; engagement analytics for drop-offs and late logins; revenue insights measured as dollar-per-registrant and dollar-per-attendee; A/B split testing on registration pages; and lead export into your CRM. What it cannot do is join that to the transaction, because the transaction happened in a checkout it does not run.

Agorix

Source, registration, attendance, offer click and purchase share one model, so attribution runs end to end rather than stopping at the room door. Full closed-loop attribution is limited on Launch and included from Growth upward.

What it means

Dollar-per-attendee computed from a number you typed in is an estimate. Dollar-per-attendee computed from the checkout on the same record is a measurement.

05Pricing

WebinarJam is much cheaper. That is the honest headline.

Both columns show monthly / annual-equivalent price. WebinarJam figures verified 28 July 2026; Agorix figures from our pricing page.

The refund promise is 30 days; the binding billing policy states a full refund applies to an annual charge, while on a monthly plan only the most recent payment can be refunded, and cancellation must be initiated at least 10 days before the next invoice date.
The capacity question

The two products meter different things. WebinarJam meters the event — attendees, hosts and how many hours you may stay on air. Agorix meters the business — attendees and marketing contacts, email volume, seats, workspaces and AI Credits — with no cap on how long a session runs. The attendee limit is the one that usually forces a plan change on webinar platforms, so it has an escape valve: a one-time boost for a single event instead of a permanent upgrade for one busy night.

06Switching path

Do not move the library. Move one session.

Registration pages, email sequences and evergreen journeys are rebuilt rather than migrated — no platform exports those into another. Registrant and attendee data does move.

1First

Move one session, not the library

Pick the webinar that produces the most revenue and rebuild only that: registration page, reminder sequence, room, timed offer, checkout. Everything else keeps running on WebinarJam while you compare the two.

2Then

Bring the people, not just the list

WebinarJam exports registrant and attendee data. Map those records onto the Agorix customer record so past attendance history sits under the same contact as the new behaviour — and decide which contacts are active marketing contacts and which are history you keep without paying to market to.

3Then

Put the checkout on the same record

This is the step that changes the numbers. Rebuild the offer as an Agorix checkout so the purchase attaches to the attendance that produced it, instead of arriving from a separate cart with no minute attached.

4Last

Decide what happens to the evergreen library

EverWebinar sessions rebuild as Agorix evergreen journeys rather than migrating. Rebuild the best-performing one, run both for a cycle, and move the rest only once the connected version is producing customers.

07Where WebinarJam is the better fit

Six reasons to stay where you are.

Written by us, about a competitor, on our own site. If one of these is load-bearing for your business, take it seriously — switching would cost you something real.

A much bigger room for much less money

Enterprise carries 5,000 attendees at $379/mo billed annually; Professional carries 2,000 at $229/mo. Agorix Business tops out at 1,000 live attendees at $1,199/mo billed annually. If your constraint is raw seat count at the lowest possible price, this is not close, and no amount of platform argument changes it. [1]

Almost no feature gating between tiers

Every WebinarJam plan — including Starter at $39/mo billed annually — lists the same feature set: live chat, polls and surveys, whiteboard, video injections, custom backgrounds, broadcast to Facebook and YouTube, A/B split testing, attendee spotlight, always-on room, panic button. The tier changes attendees, hosts, session length and team seats, not what the product can do. That is rare, and it is honest pricing. [1]

Evergreen thrown in at the Basic tier

WebinarJam’s pricing footnote lists EverWebinar — a product it sells standalone at $199/mo billed monthly — as included at no additional cost on Basic, Professional and Enterprise. Judged as a commercial offer rather than as an architecture, that is the strongest value claim in the lineup. [1]

Room features that are genuinely distinctive

The panic button moves every presenter and attendee into a fresh room mid-broadcast when something goes wrong. Replica replays reproduce the chat, polls and offers exactly as they ran live. Attendee spotlight brings a participant on screen to speak or share, then hands the room back. Video injections cut from the live presenter to pre-recorded playback. Agorix has no published equivalent to any of these. [2]

Twelve years of doing one thing

Genesis Digital’s own company history dates WebinarJam to late 2013. A room that has been running large live events for over a decade carries operational knowledge that a newer platform simply has not accumulated yet, and buyers are right to weigh that. [14]

Deliberately small scope, and a cheap way to test it

The Express configuration exists to get a webinar live with minimal decisions, and there are only three event types to choose between. A $1 trial runs 14 days at Basic limits. If you already own a CRM, a cart and a course platform you like, buying only the room is a coherent strategy — not a compromise. [9]

08Switcher questions

The six people actually ask.

Evaluating the evergreen side instead? Agorix vs EverWebinar covers the sibling product. Or compare Agorix plans and book a walkthrough with your current stack.

Is WebinarJam’s live room better than Agorix’s?

At the top end of capacity, WebinarJam publishes numbers Agorix does not match: 5,000 attendees and 6 on-screen presenters on Enterprise, against 1,000 on Agorix Business and 2,500+ on Agency / Enterprise. It also publishes room features with no Agorix equivalent — the panic button, replica replays that reproduce chat and offers, attendee spotlight, the on-screen whiteboard.

What Agorix’s room does that theirs cannot is write to the system that sells. Watch time, questions and offer clicks are available to the follow-up, the segment and the attribution model before the room closes, because they are already on the customer record rather than in an export queue.

Do I need EverWebinar as well as WebinarJam?

For evergreen, yes — WebinarJam’s own FAQ points to EverWebinar as the companion product and describes converting a recording into an automated webinar there. Its pricing footnote lists EverWebinar as included at no additional cost on Basic, Professional and Enterprise, so for most plans this is a bundling question rather than a second invoice. It is still a second product with its own sessions and its own reporting. We cover that side separately in Agorix vs EverWebinar.

Can WebinarJam take the payment for a paid webinar?

No. The vendor’s support documentation states it directly: WebinarJam and EverWebinar do not process payments. Charging for registration means redirecting to a third-party checkout such as PayPal or Stripe and returning the buyer to finish registering, and the post-payment page WebinarJam generates cannot be customized. On Agorix the checkout is part of the platform and the purchase lands on the same record as the attendance.

Does Agorix send SMS reminders?

No — Agorix is email-only today, and that is a genuine gap in this comparison. WebinarJam sells an “Email & SMS system” on every plan; the support documentation qualifies what that means in practice: you connect your own Twilio account, and one SMS reminder is available, sent 15 minutes before the session. If a text message is what holds your show-up rate together, weigh that before switching.

Is Agorix more expensive than WebinarJam?

Per month, substantially — Agorix Launch is $149/mo against WebinarJam Starter at $49/mo. The two products are not priced for the same job. WebinarJam prices a room; Agorix prices the registration pages, the CRM, the email system, the checkout, the courses, the workflows and the attribution around it. The fair line is Agorix against WebinarJam plus whatever you currently pay for the autoresponder, the cart and the course platform. Whether that is cheaper depends entirely on what those cost you today.

Is the AI Operator included in the free trial?

No. The current self-serve trial does not enable the AI Operator. Paid plans include monthly AI Credits, and a walkthrough can show how the Operator uses shared customer and business context before you pick a plan.

Agorix plan prices, capacities, trial terms and migration packages come from our own pricing page. Four things we could not verify from a vendor-owned page are therefore not stated anywhere above: how many webinars WebinarJam supports concurrently, because its pricing page answers that question two different ways; whether Starter includes EverWebinar, because the plan card and the footnote disagree, so we quote only the footnote; whether the room accepts an external encoder or RTMP feed, which no vendor page documents; and WebinarJam’s published customer and webinar counts, which carry no date or methodology, so we do not repeat them as fact. Competitor pricing and features change; this page is re-verified quarterly and the stamp above moves with it. No WebinarJam logos or interface screenshots appear on this page by design.
